[ Act No. 3866, November 13, 1931 ]
AN ACT SETTING ASIDE AN APPROPRIATION OF THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL IN THE BUREAU OF LANDS TO VERIFY THE SURVEYS EXECUTED BY PRIVATE LAND SURVEYORS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The sum of thirty-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the employment of junior computers, junior draftsmen, and clerks at the rate not to exceed six hundred pesos per annum each: Provided, however, That the payments made under the authority given herein, shall not exceed the fees which may actually be collected under section one of Act Numbered Thirty-seven hundred and sixteen.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
