AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-ONE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, AS AMENDED BY ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Section one hundred and sixty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and seven, is hereby amended, in the paragraph relative to the terms of court in the Seventeenth District, to read as follows:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.

SECTION 1. Section one hundred and sixty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and seven, is hereby amended, in the paragraph relative to the terms of court in the Seventeenth District, to read as follows:
"SEC. 161. Seventeenth District.—At Capiz, Province of Capiz, on the first Tuesday of January and August of each year; at Makato and Calivo, same province, on the first Tuesday of July of each year; at San Jose, Province of Antique, on the first Tuesday of April and November of each year; at Romblon, Province of Romblon, on the first Tuesday of March and October of each year: Provided, however, That the Court of First Instance shall hold a special term in each of the municipalities of Makato and Calivo for a period of fifteen days, and shall endeavor to assign to each the cases belonging to the municipalities nearest the place where these terms of court are held."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
