AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (I) OF SECTION TWELVE HUNDRED AND THREE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Subsection (i) of section twelve hundred and three of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.

SECTION 1. Subsection (i) of section twelve hundred and three of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (i) Every steamer making round trips in not more than forty-eight hours, staying all night in port, shall have the following complement of engineers:
"Up to one hundred and twenty horsepower, one fourth engineer.
"From one hundred and twenty-one horsepower upward, one third and one fourth engineer."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
