AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE SEPARATION OF THE OFFICE OF PROVINCIAL SECRETARY AND TREASURER IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AND MAKING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION TWO THOUSAND AND NINETY-EIGHT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE EXTENSIVE TO SAID PROVINCE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The provincial board of the Province of Palawan is hereby authorized, to separate the office of the t provincial secretary from that of provincial treasurer. The provisions of section two thousand and ninety-eight of the Administrative Code are hereby made extensive and applicable to the Province of Palawan.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, March 6, 1924.
