AN ACT MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE BUREAUS OF HEALTH AND PRISONS, INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CHAPLAINS IN THE CULION LEPER COLONY, IN THE IWAHIG PENAL COLONY, AND IN BILIBID PRISON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. There are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following sums, which shall be added to the appropriations made in section one, subsections R and CC of Act Number Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-five.
