[ Act No. 208, August 22, 1901 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING A CLERK OF CLASS SEVEN FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OF THE INSULAR CONSTABULARY.

By authority of the President of the United States, be it enacted by the United States Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. In addition to the other employees provided by law in the office of the Chief of the Insular Constabulary there shall be a clerk of class seven.

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.

Enacted, August 22, 1901.
