[ Act No. 1033, December 28, 1903 ]

AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, UNITED STATES CURRENCY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BENGUET ROAD FROM POZORUBIO, PANGASINAN, TO BAGUIO, BENGUET.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one  hundred and twenty thousand live hundred dollars, in money of the United States, to be expended in continuing the work of construction of the Benguet road from Pozorubio, Province of Pangasinan, to Baguio, Province of Benguet.

SEC. 2. The moneys appropriated by this Act shall be available for withdrawal either in United States currency or in Philippine currency, at the option of the engineer in barge of Benguet improvements.

SEC. 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
