[ Act No. 1542, October 17, 1906 ]
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF IBA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, TO VACATE THAT PORTION OF CALLE BUGALLON LYING BETWEEN CALLES RIZAL AND PADRE BURGOS, AND TO CEDE THE SAME TO THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES AS A SITE FOR A PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL.
By authority of the United Stales, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION. 1. That portion of Calle Bugallon lying between Municipality of Calles Rizal and Padre Burgos, in the municipality of Iba, Province of Zambales, being no longer necessary for public use, and it being manifestly to the interest of the public that the bind now occupied by the same be used as a site for a provincial high school., the municipal council of Iba is hereby authorized to declare at an end the public use to which such portion of Calle Bugalion has been devoted, and to cede the same to the Province of Zambales as a site for a provincial high school.
SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws." passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
