[ Act No. 3680, October 16, 1930 ]

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY AND SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-SIX OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. Section seven hundred and thirty of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 730. Examination requirement.—Except as allowed under the provisions of this chapter, all applicants for registration as pharmacists shall be subjected to examination: Provided, however, That no foreign pharmacist shall be admitted to examination unless the country of which he is a subject or citizen, permits Filipino pharmacists to practice within its territorial limits."
SEC. 2. Section seven hundred and ninety-six of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 796. Examination requirement.—All applicants for registration under the provisions of this chapter shall be subjected to examination as hereinafter provided: Provided, however, That no foreign dentist shall be admitted to examination unless the country of which he is a subject or citizen, permits Filipino dentists to practice within its territorial limits."
SEC. 3. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
