[ Act No. 3676, August 02, 1930 ]

AN ACT TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATION FOR A GENERAL ANTI-CHOLERA VACCINATION CAMPAIGN THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be disbursed by the Philippine Health Service for an immediate anti-cholera vaccination campaign throughout the Philippine Islands: Provided, That of this appropriation, a sum not to exceed twenty-five thousand pesos, shall be available to reimburse the Health Service for the sum already disbursed for the anti-cholera campaign from its appropriation for the current year provided for in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-eight.

SEC. 2. Any balance of this appropriation remaining free or unexpended on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty, shall revert to the unappropriated funds in the Insular Treasury and shall thereafter not be available for expenditure except upon appropriation by the Legislature.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
