[ Act No. 327, January 03, 1902 ]

AN ACT DECLARING THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGBILARAN, IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL, TO BE OF THE FOURTH CLASS, AND REPEALING A PART OF GENERAL ORDER NUMBER ONE HUNDRED AND ONE, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED, OFFICE OF THE MILITARY GOVERNOR.

By authority of the President of the United States, be it enacted by the United States Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The municipality of Tagbilaran, in the Province of Bohol, is hereby declared to be a municipality of the fourth class, and that portion of General Order Number One hundred and one, series of nineteen hundred. Office of the Military Governor, which is inconsistent with this Act is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.

Enacted. January 3, 1902.
