AN ACT TO SUSPEND THE OPERATION OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-THREE, KNOWN AS THE PATENT LAW, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS BY LAW IT SHALL BE DECLARED TO BE IN EFFECT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Section twenty-three of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and ninety-three, known as the Patent Law, as amended by Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and four, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 23. The operation of the present Act is hereby suspended until such time as by law it shall again be declared to be in effect, until which date Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and thirty-five, entitled 'An Act providing for the registration of patents and patent rights in the Philippine Islands, and for the protection of the same,' shall continue in full force and effect."Approved, March 8, 1922.
