[ Act No. 2087, December 21, 1911 ]

AN ACT MAKING APPLICABLE TO THAT PART OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS INHABITED BY MOROS OR OTHER NON-CHRISTIAN TRIBES, ACTS OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND AND EIGHTY-TWO AND TWO THOUSAND AND EIGHTY-FIVE.

By the authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The following Acts of the Philippine Legislature are hereby made applicable to that part of the Philippine Islands inhabited by Moros or other non-Christian tribes, and shall have full force and effect therein:
No. 2082, passed November twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and eleven, entitled "An Act to amend Act Numbered Fifty-two, entitled 'An Act providing for examinations of banking institutions in the Philippine Islands, and for reports by their officers,' as amended by Act Numbered Eight hundred and thirty-nine by providing for the examination of banks every twelve months and for other purposes."

2085, passed  December  sixteenth,  nineteen  hundred  and eleven, entitled "An Act amending paragraphs one, seven and eight of section sixty-eight, section one hundred and forty-seven and section one hundred and forty-eight of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and eighty-nine, entitled 'The Internal Revenue Law of Nineteen hundred and four,' as amended, by defining small manufacturers of tuba, bassi, tapuy, or like domestic fermented liquors, by imposing an annual license tax on retail dealers in such liquors for the benefit of the municipalities, and by amending the definition of wholesale dealers in such liquors."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and twelve.
