AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWELVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE MOUNT DATA-SABANGAN TRAIL, SUBROVINCE OF LEPANTO.
By authority of the United States be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. The sum of twelve thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropraited, out of any funds in the Insular treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended for the construction, maintenance, and repair of a trail to be known as Mount Data-Sabangan Trail from approximately kilometer ninety-six, Mountain Trail, to Sabangan, suprovince of Lepanto.
SECTION 2. This Acct shall take effect on its passage.
