[ Act No. 2112, February 01, 1912 ]

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FORESTRY, DURING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWELVE, TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWELVE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE SALARIES, TRAVELING EXPENSES, AND PER DIEMS OF THE STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE COURSE IN THE FOREST SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXTY PESOS FOR SUCH PURPOSE.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. During the period from April first, nineteen hundred and twelve, to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twelve, the Director of Forestry is authorized to provide for the salaries, traveling expenses, and per diems of the students who have completed the course in the Forest School in an amount not to exceed four thousand five hundred and sixty pesos, which sum is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on the first day of April, nineteen hundred and twelve.
