[ Act No. 2697, March 09, 1917 ]
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF AND AID TO THE GOVERNMENT AGRICULTURAL COLONIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represe7itatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty thousand pesos, which shall accrue and be added to the rice colonization and plantation fund under the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and fifty-four.
SEC. 2. The funds hereby appropriated shall be disbursed and expended for the Government agricultural colonies by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
