[ Act No. 2205, January 16, 1913 ]

AN ACT GRANTING DULY REGISTERED DENTISTS CERTAIN PRIVILEGES GRANTED BY ACT NUMBERED SEVENTEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-ONE TO PHYSICIANS.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. Duly registered dentists are hereby granted the right granted by Act Numbered Seventeen hundred and sixty-one to physicians, to prescribe and administer opium, cocaine, alpha or beta cocaine, or any derivative or preparation of said drugs or substances as a medicine for dental purposes, subject to the regulations prescribed by the Collector of Internal Revenue and approved by the Secretary of Finance and Justice.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.

Enacted, January 16, 1913.
