[ Act No. 2286, September 27, 1913 ]

AN ACT RESTORING TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN CERTAIN LANDS IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE RESERVED THEREFROM FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES BY EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL NUMBERED SIXTY-THREE, SERIES OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVEN.

By authority of the  United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. All of the public lands heretofore reserved for the use of the Mountain Province by executive order of main, the Governor-General Numbered Sixty-three and dated December nineteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, are hereby restored to the public domain and reopened for settlement and sale in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, as amended, in a like manner and effect as if no such reservation had been made.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.

Enacted, September 27, 1913.
