[ Act No. 914, October 01, 1903 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING THAT THE DISPENSING CLERK OF THE CIVIL SANITARIUM, BENGUET, SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES OF DISBURSING OFFICER AND PROPERTY CLERK.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The dispensing clerk of class nine authorized for the Civil Sanitarium, Benguet, by Act Numbered Seven hundred and fifty-seven, is hereby authorized and directed to assume the duties officer and property of disbursing officer and property clerk, without additional compensation, except that the cost of his bond shall be paid out of the Insular Treasury, and the provisions of Act Numbered Four hundred and twenty-nine, as amended, or any other Act requiring the Attending Physician and Surgeon of the Civil Sanitarium, Benguet, to perform the duties of disbursing officer or property clerk, are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
