[ Act No. 2334, February 27, 1914 ]
AN ACT MAKING THE PROVISIONS OF THE CADASTRAL ACT APPLICABLE TO CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED UNDER SECTION SIXTY-ONE OF ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ASINGAN AND BINALONAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
SECTION 1. The provisions of the last three clauses of section five and all the provisions of sections six, eleven, sixteen, seventeen, and eighteen of Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and fifty-nine, also known as the Cadastral Act, shall be applicable to the proceedings for the registration of land heretofore instituted in the municipalities of Asingan and Binalonan, Province of Pangasinan, in accordance with section sixty-one of Act Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, and said proceedings shall be considered cadastral land registration proceedings for all purposes, with the same effect as these latter.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
