AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS REQUIRED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE.
By authority of the United, States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
SECTION 1. The sum of fifteen thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to provide the necessary means for the preliminary operations of the subdivision of fiber inspection of the fiber division of the Bureau of Agriculture, created by Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and eighty of the Philippine Legislature, for the fiscal year ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fourteen, to be expended by the Director of Agriculture.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on the first day of April, nineteen hundred and fourteen.
Enacted, February 28, 1914.
