AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATION FOR EXPENSES OF CERTAIN PENSIONADOS FROM THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AND THE PROVINCES OF AGUSAN AND NUEVA VIZCAYA, FOR THE NEW FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
Section 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated:
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect as of June first, nine-teen hundred and fourteen.

Section 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated:
(a) For the payment of traveling expenses and allowances of not to exceed ten student pensionados to be selected from the Mountain Province and the Provinces of Agu-san and Nueva Vizcaya to pursue a course in training for teaching; subject to the provisions contained in Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and eighty-three of the Philippine Legislature: Provided, That such students shall not be subject to the scholarship requirement of said Act and may receive training hereby provided for in any school of the Philippine
Islands selected by the Director of Education(b) For the payment of traveling expenses and allowances of not to exceed six teacher pensionados to be selected from the Mountain Province and the Provinces of Agu-san and Nueva Vizcaya; subject to the provisions contained in Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and eighty-four of the Philippine Legislature Total of appropriations by this Act
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect as of June first, nine-teen hundred and fourteen.
