[ Act No. 2415, November 02, 1914 ]

AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CENTRAL PORTION OF THE "HOTEL PINES," IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, SUBPROVINCE OF BENGUET, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifteen thousand pesos, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of Commerce and Police, for the reconstruction of the central portion of the Government's building known as "Hotel Pines," in the city of Baguio, subprovince of Benguet, Mountain Province, now leased to the Hotel Pines Company, Limited, and which was condemned by the city authorities.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.

Enacted, November 2, 1914.
