AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION FOUR OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SIX, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO FACILITATE THE PREPARATION OF THE APPROPRIATION BILL BY REQUIRING CHIEFS OF BUREAUS TO FILE WITH THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY REPORTS OF RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURES FIFTEEN DAYS BEFORE THE OPENING OF EACH REGULAR SESSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
SECTION 1. Section four of Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and eighty-six is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 1. Section four of Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and eighty-six is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 4. The Executive Secretary shall prepare and sub-Legislature, on the first day of each regular session, a draft of a general appropriation bill on the basis of the data so secured, in English and in Spanish, furnishing to each House twenty-five copies thereof in each of said languages."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
