[ Act No. 3527, February 21, 1929 ]
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PURCHASE, PLANTING, PREPARATION, AND DISTRIBUTION OF SEED IN THE REGIONS AFFECTED BY THE RECENT TYPHOONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase, planting, preparation, and distribution of seed in the regions affected by the recent typhoons. Said sum shall be disbursed for the purposes of this Act by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred and forty-three.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
