[ Act No. 615, February 03, 1903 ]

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF CAPIZ TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF NINETY-FOUR DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS, LOCAL CURRENCY, TO REINBURSE GOVERNOR JUGO VIDAL FOR EXPENSES INCURRED BY HIM WHILE TRAVELING ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The provincial board of the Province of Capiz is hereby authorized to appropriate from provincial funds the sum of ninety-four dollars and ninety cents, local currency, to reimburse Governor Jugo Vidal, of the Province of Capiz, for expenses incurred by him, including the expenses of such assistants and constables as accompanied him on a trip of inspection through the Province of Capiz in January, nineteen hundred and two.

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

SEC. 3. This act shall take effect on its passage.
