AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING SECTION TWENTY-SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTEEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the a authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Section twenty-six hundred and twenty-five of the Administrative Code is hereby further amended by n inserting a new paragraph to read as follows:

SECTION 1. Section twenty-six hundred and twenty-five of the Administrative Code is hereby further amended by n inserting a new paragraph to read as follows:
"(kk) To enact an ordinance empowering the municipal-president to grant, subject to the requirements of the service, to any appointed municipal officer or employee, including the secretary, twelve days' vacation leave of absence with full pay, which must be taken during the year in which earned: Provided, That such vacation leave of absence shall only be granted after at least one year of continuous, faithful, and satisfactory service: And provided, further, That the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to municipal officials or employees already enjoying this privilege in accordance with the Civil Service Law."SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
