[ Act No. 3376, December 03, 1927 ]
AN ACT TO TAKE THE MANILA RAILROAD COMPANY OUT OF THE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The Public Service Commission shall hereafter not exercise any control or supervision over the Manila Railroad Company so long as the same shall be controlled by the Government of the Philippine Islands, except with regard to its rates.
SEC. 2. All acts and other provisions of law inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
