AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL TO DEFINE THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AND THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN IN PURSUANCE OF ACT TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. For the purpose of settling the long standing territorial dispute between the Mountain Province and the Province of Cagayan and in pursuance of section sixty-eight of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, as amended by Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and twenty-nine, the Governor-General is hereby authorized to fix and define the boundary between said provinces in accordance with the mutual agreement between the respective provincial boards of said provinces.
SEC. 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
