[ Act No. 3581, November 27, 1929 ]
AN ACT GIVING THE NAME OF VICTORINO MAPA TO A STREET IN MANILA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. In order to perpetuate the memory of the illustrious Secretary of Justice and Chief Justice of the of Supreme Court of the Philippine Islands, the late Victorino Mapa, the street now called Buenavista in the City of Manila, a name which bears no recollections for the Filipinos, shall henceforth be known as Victorino Mapa Street.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
