[ Commonwealth Act No. 368, August 23, 1938 ]

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR A REVOLVING FUN FOR LABORERS' TENEMENT HOUSES.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. The sum appropriated in Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty-four, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Forty-three, and all moneys that may hereafter be appropriated for the same purpose, shall, together with any and all sums of money to be realized from the sale, transfer, or lease of lands, buildings, and other properties acquired under this Act, constitute a revolving fund, and shall be available for the acquisition and improvement of tenement house sites, the acquisition, construction, repair, upkeep, and maintenance of tenement houses and buildings and for salaries, wages, and other expenses incident to the carrying out of the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
