[ Commonwealth Act No. 477, June 18, 1939 ]
AN ACT TO INCLUDE ALL DEPUTY GOVERNORS AND SPECIAL AGENTS OF THE SPECIALLY ORGANIZED PROVINCES AMONG OFFICERS EMBRACED IN UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
Sec. 1. Subsection (m) of section six hundred and seventy-one of the-Administrative-Code, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and seventy-seven, is amended to read as follows:
Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1939.
Sec. 1. Subsection (m) of section six hundred and seventy-one of the-Administrative-Code, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and seventy-seven, is amended to read as follows:
"(m) deputy governors and special agents of specially organized provinces."Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
