AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY ENTITLED " AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDINGS."
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
SECTION 1. The following items of appropriation under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty are amended so as to read as follows:
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, October 27, 1939, with the exception of the following item: Section 1: Cagayan, Item 128.

SEC. 2. Item 33 under Albay of section one, subsection A of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty is suppressed.
32. For the Oas Home Economics building P4, 000.00 128. For the Namungaran barrio school, Rizal 500.00 61. For the construction of Amduntog school, Kiangan 2,000.00 42. For the High School building, Sorsogon 500.00
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
