[ GENERAL ORDER NO. 35, July 26, 1973 ]

EXTENDING THE SUSPENSION OF THE CURFEW IN CONNECTION WITH THE NATIONAL REFERENDUM ON JULY 27, 1973.

WHEREAS, by Presidential Decree No. 254, dated July 24, 1973, the voting in the referendum for July 27, 1973, has been extended to July 28, 1973;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1, dated September 22, 1972, do hereby extend the suspension of the curfew up to four o'clock in the morning of July 29, 1973.

Done in the City of Manila, this 26th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.
