[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 706, June 11, 1978 ]

In accordance with specific recommendations of the Investment Coordination Committee made in its meeting of April 18, 1978, as embodied in NEDA Resolution No. 9, series of 1978, and subject to the conditions therein provided, the project listings in the following Priorities Plans are hereby approved:
  1. The Eleventh (11th) Investment Priorities Plan;
  2. The Ninth (9th) Export Priorities Plan; and
  3. The Fourth (4th) Public Utilities Priorities Plan.
Furthermore, in accordance with specific recommendations of the Investment Coordination Committee made in its meeting of February 28, 1978, and subject to the conditions therein provided, the project listing in the First (1st) Agricultural Investment Priorities Plan is hereby approved.
