It has been reported that numerous logging concessioners have been remiss in their obligations to observe selective logging, conservation measures and replanting of trees in violation of the rules and regulations promulgated by the Bureau of Forest Development, resulting in the wanton destruction and denudation of our forest resources.
You are therefore hereby directed to cancel the logging concessions/licenses of those who fail to comply with said obligations and to submit a report of your compliance herewith.
Done in the City of Manila, this 19th day of May in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
