[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTION NO. 384, March 15, 1976 ]

TO:
All Heads of Departments and the Managing
Heads of the following:
    1. The Maritime Industry Authority
2. The Philippine Ports Authority
3. The National Power Corporation
4. The National Irrigation Administration
5. The National Electrification Administration
6. The Metropolitan Waterworks Administration
7. The Local Water Utilities Administration
8. The Export Processing Zone Authority
9. The Lacuna Lake Development Authority
10. The Philippine National Railways
     
 
and all offices, agencies and instrumentalities including government-owned or controlled corporations involved in development planning.

In order to give sufficient time to all departments, offices and agencies required to submit and prepare their respective development plans as directed under Letter of Instruction No. 363, the period of submission of such development plans to the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) is hereby extended to June 30, 1976. Any further extension of the period for submission may be granted by the NEDA in meritorious cases only upon written request by the office concerned stating the reasons therefor.

The NEDA is hereby authorized and empowered to promulgate such guideline, directives, circulars or memoranda to any or all government agencies concerned requiring their cooperation and compliance with respect to any and all matters designed to implement Letter of Instruction No. 363.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
