RETURN OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HIGHWAY DISTRICT ENGINEER'S OFFICE OF LANAO DEL SUR FROM THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS

Inasmuch as normal conditions have already been restored in the province of Lanao del Sur, the temporary management by the Philippines Constabulary of the Highway District Engineer's Office of the province is now terminated, and the said office should be placed under the management of a civilian district engineer under the Department of Public Highways.
It is, therefor, directed that you cause the immediate turn-over of the said office from the military officer presently managing it to the civilian district engineer assigned by the Secretary of Public Highways to manage the said office.
Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of October, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four.
