In order to facilitate the implementation of the reform program of the Educational System and in order to effect the completion of research projects, created for this purpose by the FUND FOR ASSISTANCE TO PRIVATE EDUCATION, in relation to Executive Order No. 1563 dated November 5, 1968, specifically the project involving the publication of the ATLAS OF PHILIPPINE HIGHER EDUCATION, you are hereby directed to;

	1)	Assist in every way possible the officers of said organization in their implementation efforts.
	2)	Make available to its researchers, pertinent data, especially those urgently needed for the completion of the ATLAS Project.
	3)	Make the necessary referrals to cooperating agencies whenever such data is not available in your respective departments.

Your immediate compliance with this Order is enjoined.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.
