[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS No. 1519, February 04, 1986 ]
REINSTATING LETTER OF INSTRUCTION No. 1502 REGARING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SOCIETE GENERALE DE SURVEILLANCE S.A. (SGS)
WHEREAS, LOI No. 1502 dated 23 December 1985 has been revoked last 29 December 1985 by LOI No. 1506 in view of some clarifications that Societe Generate de Surveillance S.A. (SGS) has to submit:
WHEREAS, the SGS has already complied with the necessary requirements to the satisfaction of the authorities concerned ;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in We by the Constitution, do hereby order the restoration of LOI No. 1502 and declaring LOI 1505 as null and void, having been superseded by this Letter of Instructions.
Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-six.
