Other relevant government agencies

The Administrator of Maritime Industry Authority is hereby directed to create and head an ad-hoc committee composed of the heads of the above-mentioned agencies for the purpose of reviewing the existing governmental requirements of clearances and/or permits relative to vessel operations and of recommending measures to streamline procedures and eliminate unnecessary red tapes.

The Committee's report and recommendation thereon shall be submitted to me on or before 23 February 1921.

This Setter of Instructions shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty.
