[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 257, March 13, 1975 ]

WHEREAS, under Presidential Decree No. 670, the franchise granted to the Asiatic Integrated Corporation to construct, operate and maintain private piers and wharves in the Port of Mariveles, Bataan under Republic Act No. 5356 has been transferred in favor of the Export Processing Zone Authority;

WHEREAS, the Asiatic Integrated Corporation is the recipient of certain allocations for reparations goods, materials and equipment intended to be used or installed in the above-mentioned port and pier facilities;

NOW, THEREFORE, in order to fully implement the intent and purposes of Presidential Decree No. 670, it is hereby directed that all reparations goods, materials and equipment, which have been requisitioned by Asiatic Integrated Corporation and intended to be used or installed in the above-mentioned pier, whether the same have already been delivered or scheduled for delivery, shall be transferred to and the obligations therefor assumed by the Export Processing Zone Authority.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Five.
