Djakarta, February 21, 1967

Excellency:

I have the honor to refer to previous consultations between our two Governments concerning the establishment, on a reciprocal basis, of a Two-Way Radio Communication System between the Philippines and Indonesia

I am pleased to state that my Government confirms the authorization granted to the Indonesian Government for the establishment of a Two-Way Radio Communication System in the Embassy of Indonesia in Manila.

If the arrangement is acceptable to Your Excellency's Government, it is proposed that this Note and Your Excellency's reply, likewise confirming the authorization by the Indonesian Government granted to the Government of the Philippines to establish a similar radio communication system in the Embassy of the Philippines in Djakarta, constitute an agreement between our two Governments on the matter.

Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.

Excellency,

I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your Note dated February 21, 1967, stating the confirmation of the authorization granted by your Government for the establishment of a Two-Way Radio Communication System in the Embassy of Indonesia in Manila.

I am pleased to inform Your Excellency that my Government likewise confirms the authorization granted to the Government of the Philippines to establish a similar radio communication system in the Embassy of the Philippines in Djakarta.

As is proposed this Note together with Your Excellency’s Note constitute an agreement between our two Governments on the matter.

Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.
