FINANCING MEMORANDUM BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES
The Commission of the European Communities, hereinafter referred to as "THE COMMISSION", acting for and on behalf of the European Community, hereinafter referred to as "THE COMMUNITY"
of the one part, and
the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, hereinafter referred to as "THE RECIPIENT"
of the other part,
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 2.5.1 of the TAP (Annex A) as per shall read in the second paragraph as follows:
The TA shall cover I co-director, 3 ETCs and a Finance and Administration expert until the end of the project (31.3.99). The two co-directors together shall be responsible, for the consolidation of project activities, the report writing, the proper closing of the accounts and the general winding down of the project activities.

(*) The "Date of Signature" of the Memorandum of Agreement shall be the latter of the two signature dates.
