MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT FOR THE REVISION OF THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT AND TRADE PLAN BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE SUPREME COMMANDER FOR THE ALLIED POWERS ACTING IN RESPECT OF OCCUPIED JAPAN

Note: The Agreement entered into force, March 3, 1951.

Reference: This Agreement is also published in II DFA TS No. 1, p. 1. 1.

Attached hereto is Trade Plan No. 3 and amendment of the Financial Agreement for Trade between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers acting in respect of Occupied Japan, dated the 18th day of May 1950. 2. The attached documents shall be effective definitely upon formalization by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers acting in respect of Occupied Japan. Pending such formalization, trade between the Philippines and Occupied Japan shall be conducted in accordance therewith on and after the date of signature of this memorandum.

2. DONE in duplicate in the City of Tokyo, Japan, this 3rd day of March in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
