PROTOCOL OF EXCHANGE
The undersigned,

Secretary-General
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia
have met for the purpose of exchanging the Instruments of Ratification by their respective Governments of the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income.
The respective Instruments of Ratification of the aforesaid Agreement, having been carefully confirmed and found to be in due form, the said exchange took place this day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, they have signed the present Protocol of
Exchange.
DONE in two originals at Kuala Lumpur this 27th of July, 1984.
