JOINT COMMUNIQUE
Desirous of developing the existing friendship between their two peoples for mutual cultural, economic, political, social and trade benefits, the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the Republic of Namibia hereby agree to accredit to each other their respective ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary who shall reside in a foreign, capital near each other's capital city.
To this end, the Plenipotentiaries of the two Governments, after exhibiting their Full Powers, hereby affix their signatures Statement at Pretoria, South Africa on the 17th Day of __May__ in the Year One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six.
