AMENDMENT TO THE PARCEL POST AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND NEW ZEALAND

Note: The Agreement entered into force January 1, 1974.

Reference: This Agreement is also published in XII DFA TS No. 1, p. 22.

The undersigned, by virtue of the authority vested in them and with the approval of proper authorities, have mutually agreed to amend Article IV of the Parcel Post Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of the Philippines, so as to read as follows:

ARTICLE IV

CREDITS

The Administration of the country of origin shall allow the country of destination terminal charges at the following rates:

Weight of parcel
Gold Francs
  Philippines New Zealand
     
One Kilogram or less......................... 1.00 2.20
     
Over 1 Kilogram but not more than
3 Kilograms...............................
1.50
2.75
     
Over 3 Kilograms but not more than
5 Kilograms..............................

Over 5 Kilograms but not more than
10 Kilograms ............................

This amendment shall enter into force on 1 January 1974. Done in duplicate and signed at Wellington, New Zealand, on the 2nd day of August 1973, and at Manila, Philippines, on the 29th day of August 1973.
