PROFESSIONAL REGULATORY
BOARD OF REAL ESTATE SERVICE
GRANTING AN ADDITIONAL AND NON-EXTENDIBLE PERIOD OF SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS FROM THE EFFECTIVITY OF THE HEREIN BOARD RESOLUTION FOR THE ACCREDITATION OF REAL ESTATE SALESPERSONS WITH DTI/HLURB REGISTRATION OR WITH AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS OF ACTIVE PRACTICE
WHEREAS, the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service, hereinafter called the Board, issued Board Res. No. 13, Series of December 31, 2011, extending the July 30, 2011 deadline to December 31, 2011 for the accreditation of a Real Estate Salesperson with DTI/HLURB Registration or with at least three (3) years of active practice;
WHEREAS, after the said deadline on January 2, 2012 (December 31, 2012 being a Saturday), the Board, after considering that a sizeable number of applicants therefor were unable to meet the deadline and upon consultation with the Commission, decided to set a grace period of seven (7) working days for acceptance of more applications, to be reckoned from the effectivity of this Board Resolution; and
WHEREAS, propriety and equity dictate that the said grace period to be granted should no longer be open to another extension, notwithstanding any future appeal therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board resolves, as it is hereby resolved, to grant an additional and non-extendible period of seven (7) working days from the effectivity of the herein Board Resolution for the accreditation of real estate salespersons with DTI/HLURB registration or with at least three (3) years of active practice.
This resolution shall take effect after fifteen (15) days from its full and complete publication in the Official Gazette, or any major daily newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
Let copies hereof be furnished to the UP Law Center, Central Office and Regional Offices, the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Services Practitioners (PHILRES), Inc., and the Office, Secretary, Professional Regulatory Boards, for appropriate action and dissemination to all concerned.
