Victoria R., the Registered owners thereof to surrender the owner's duplicate copy of said title, and, failing to do so, to declare the said owner's duplicate copy thereof to be of no more force and effect and to direct the Register of Deeds of Quezon City to issue a new title in the name of the petitioner, with prayer for the issuance of a Writ of Possession of the property,
